Reconstitution Guide
Add 1 mL / 100 Units of Bacteriostatic Water
Gather Supplies
Peptide vial, bacteriostatic water, syringes, and alcohol wipes.
Open Vial Tops
Tear off the protective plastic tops of both vials.
Sanitize
Use the alcohol wipes to clean the rubber tops of both vials.
Draw Water
Turn the vial upside down, draw the required amount of water into the syringe (add 0.5mL to 2mL of water depending on your specific chart needs).
Insert Needle
Insert the needle into the peptide vial sideways and gently inject water into the peptide powder.
Dissolve
Roll the peptide slowly between your hands or let it sit undisturbed for 20 minutes to dissolve completely. Do not shake.
Storage
Store unused reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator at 36°F–46°F.

Where can I give my shots?
Abdomen
Find the waist area. You may give a shot bounded by these landmarks: below the waist, to just above the hip bone, and from where the body curves at the side to about 2 inches from the middle of the abdomen. Avoid the surrounding area 2 inches directly around the belly button.
Thigh
Uncover the entire leg. Find the area between the knee and hip. The middle of the thigh, from mid-front to mid-side on the outside part of the thigh, is a safe site. Gently grasp the area to ensure you can pinch 1–2 inches of skin.
Upper Arm
Uncover the arm to the shoulder to see the whole arm. Find the area in the middle part of the arm, halfway between the elbow and shoulder. Gently grasp the skin at the back of the arm between your thumb and first two fingers to create a 1–2 inch fold.
